What this site is

Precision Peptide Planner is an independent literature digest covering four compounds associated with the growth-hormone axis: CJC-1295, ipamorelin, sermorelin and MOTS-c. It sells nothing, sources nothing, and has no clinical practice attached to it. Its subject is narrower than the category it sits in — not what these compounds are claimed to do, but where each one acts, what was measured when someone looked, and how far apart the mechanisms actually are.

That narrowness is deliberate. The four compounds are routinely presented as members of one family with different strengths. Three of them do converge on growth-hormone release, through two different receptors. The fourth does not touch the pituitary at all. A category that cannot separate those cases is not describing pharmacology, and a reader relying on it will draw conclusions the literature does not support.

Why "planner" means a reading plan

The name promises a plan, and it delivers exactly one kind: a plan for reading the evidence. Which paper answers which question. Which claim was measured in humans and which in mice. Which number belongs to CJC-1295 with DAC and which to the form that shares its name. Which regulatory status means "never tested" and which means "tested and missed".

What this site does not plan is anyone's use of anything. No protocols, no cycles, no stacks, no schedules, no intervals, and no quantities intended for a person. Where a dose appears in these pages it belongs to a cited experiment and is reported as a description of that experiment — the exposure a study administered, in the species and under the conditions that study used. Converting such a figure into guidance is a step this desk does not take, and the step is not a small one: three of these four compounds have no approved human indication anywhere, and the fourth's approved indication was pediatric growth-hormone deficiency, not adult wellness.

Anyone with a medical question about the growth-hormone axis should be taking it to a licensed clinician, who has access to something this site structurally does not: the individual in front of them.

How to read a page here

Five conventions run through every page.

Numbers carry citations. Every percentage, half-life, sample size, duration and effect size traces to a numbered source on the references page. Twenty-one sources support this site; each was verified inside an audited corpus before it was allowed onto a page.

Anecdote is labelled as anecdote. Community-reported effects appear under an explicit statement that they are anecdotal, not clinical evidence, and they never carry quantities. They are included because they are the honest description of what people report, and marked because they are not measurements.

Absence is reported as absence. Where the record contains no user-report set, no human trial, or no measured pharmacokinetics, the page says so rather than filling the gap with mechanism dressed up as evidence. The MOTS-c page is largely an exercise in this.

Attribution is exact. When a result belongs to a different molecule in the same class — the tesamorelin (Egrifta) trial regularly cited in support of sermorelin, for instance — the page names the molecule that was actually studied.

Brand and drug names are used plainly. Where a compound has an approved product name it is given alongside the international nonproprietary name on first use. Naming a product is not endorsing it, and no relationship with any manufacturer exists or is implied.

What this desk will not publish

No dosing recommendations, for any compound, in any population. No administration schedules, routes or intervals presented as guidance. No supplier names, sources, prices or purchasing routes — every compound here is either research-grade material outside pharmaceutical quality assurance or a prescription-only pathway, and neither is a shopping problem this site helps with. No claim that any compound treats, prevents or improves a condition. No presentation of a mouse result as a human result, or of a mechanism as an outcome.

And nothing is for sale here, including attention: the site carries no advertising and no commercial relationship with any manufacturer, pharmacy or supplier of the compounds it describes.
